Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SALT & STONE products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products must be lightly used or unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a tracking notification for your return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
